The work is done by people: Matteo Covre is supported by a team of art directors, designers, stylists, marketing and technical departments. The development process from idea to product is the very meaning of “project”. Creativity and ideas for new solutions arise from collaboration with architects and designers.

Marina Bani graduated in Architecture in 1988 at the Politecnico di Milano. Since 1983 she has been working in design, in collaboration with the most important Italian and international companies.
Her experience starts from product design and engineering of high-quality products, in which research on materials, technical solutions and manufacturing processes are the foundations for the development of innovative and refined products. From this experience also came the work of interior design, in which in addition to the proposal of exclusive and high-end interiors, the ad hoc design of each individual furnishing element is often required.

Marco Penati has been working in the field of product design since the 1970s. His experience of design as an all-round professional, from conception to production, has been formed and enriched through collaboration with the most important designers, in taking care of the engineering of their products on behalf of important furniture companies. In addition to having taught at the IED, Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, he has held numerous lessons and workshops in Italy and abroad. He currently holds the chair of Design & Technologies at NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan.
michele mantovani

Michele Mantovani was born in Como in 1984 and graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan in 2008. In 2010 he founded his own studio in Milan and began working for private clients and companies, creating interior design projects, architecture and design of furniture collections. In 2014 he opened his current studio in Barcelona, Michele Mantovani Studio, where he develops furniture, corporate, stand, showroom, architecture and interior architecture projects both nationally and internationally (Spain, Russia, China, USA, Italy …). Michele Mantovani Studio also deals with furniture design and Art direction for various brands in the furniture sector at a national and international level.

Alessandra Genta graduated in Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1999. After a formative collaboration of several years at Studio Sigla in Milan, she began a constant relationship with some Italian companies in the furniture, textile and furnishing accessories sectors. Passionate researcher of styles and trends that involve the world of living, she works on projects for identifying trends, research on materials, decoration, definition of color ranges. Currently, her activity is aimed at retail projects for high-end furnishing products: showroom setups, stands and temporary shops. She takes part in shootings for the preparation of visual books.

Dario Ranieri graduated in industrial design at the Politecnico di Milano in 2005. His professional experience began in the automotive sector, where formal and stylistic design combined with the technical foundations that distinguish his skills. He consolidated his professionalism within the furniture sector where he deals with product development throughout the entire design process. He works starting from the vision of scenarios, functional analysis and the conception of the product experience to arrive at the engineering and prototyping phases, following the entire production process from the idea to production, making the project flow through departments, suppliers and clients.

Born in Seregno in 1955. Architect, designer and painter. He graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1983, in 1984 he opened his studio in his city and since then he has signed international architecture and design projects. He has also dedicated himself to teaching as an external consultant at the Istituito Statale d’Arte in Lissone. In the eighties he met the architect Achille Castiglioni, Alessandro Guerriero, Angelo Mangiarotti, Carlo Bartoli, Giotto Stoppino and Luca Crippa, masters and protagonists of contemporary art, architecture and design: collaborations that will remain among the most significant moments of his professional training. After thirty years of experience as a creative figure in the world of design, he began a new activity related to the previous one, which integrates art and design, capable of standing out for its aesthetic and artistic values.
